Actually Johnny Depp just isn't hot to me anymore. I can't explain why, but he has in fact lost his sex appeal.

I feel it depends on the movie. And I do not dig the moustache/glasses combo. But I like his sweaty grungy long hair rocker look ala this piano photo.
