The reason why you pee is because at first you are in this total shock. the sympathetic portion of your nervous system kicks in high gear. hence the tension of the muscles, the racing heart, and even the muscles that hold your pee in normal totally tense up. and then you get this waaaave of parasympathetic that kicks in that says hey body calm it down won't cha? thus, your muscles that hold the pee in go relaxed and therefore, you pee down your leg. this is why people can say you scared the living shit of me and similar phrases.

for the record, it wasn't that i didn't pass, it was that i got a C, and i knew in the first 30 credits i was able to have it erased from my record by taking it over again. and mind you, it was already at the ripe age of 19 that i got an A+, and the following semester was when i was able to TA the labs.
