i really hate myself today. I just look at myself in the mirror and i feel disgusted. i hate everything about me.

so i usually dont sleep well at night. I always wake up or cant go to sleep til around 3-4 in the morning. I dont know why. I hate the night. i start to think of all the things i manage to bury in the back of my head. My grandma died june 8, 2005. It was her birhday yesterday.
