No new sites were found wth the last scan! Good news!

They were going to operate on my cancer, but that has been postponed. It's in too deep. It's up to my oncologist and regular doctor now. I was scanned today to see if it is elsewhere in my body.

Life has not been easy lately.  What I thought was a cyst is actually a lump of cancer on the back of my skull. Now I find out my brother is having heart surgery next Friday.  My gf is just getting over being sick, and my housemate's father is hospitalized and having a hard time.  Life is being kind of hard ( Read more... )

My back is killing me. Stupidly, I let my pain meds run down, so now I'm waiting for them in the mail and relying on aspirin and lidodeerm patches. I'd tried to order the meds earlier, but was told it was too soon, then realized not that too soon. So they are ordered and I hope I don't run completely out.

I 'm not above killing flies, but I didn't do this one on purpose. I guess it was under the covers when I pulled them up as I went to bed, because it was there, dead, in the morning. It grossed me out.

I usually feed off of loracs  for Xmas spirit.  Left alone, I'm kind of indifferent to the obligatory-gift-giving holidays. I don't do birthdays well, either. I like to give just because. I keep a lottery list in my head..
