Getting out of debt...
Hopefully if things go right, and at this point I do not see why they would not, we will be completely out of debt by next year. And the house is worth a lot more than I thought so we are sitting on a pile of money right now. How will I know when it is time to sell before the so called bubble bursts? I have always thought about keeping a journal but never have. I have always wanted to have had the forsight to have kept one in the past so that I could review it and see how I felt and what I thought during certain periods of my life.
