May 24 Tornados and Water Outage
Luckily, the water didn't go out completely last night. But we lost a lot of pressure from 11:30 until 9 this morning. But the tornadoes were very stressful last night. Sirens went off twice yesterday, we lost power at Braum's, and we were under the threat of loosing water for 24 hours because something happened at the water plant. So, its been awhile. But life is definately better since last post ( Read more... ) -
Lost 50 pounds!
Before I started working out and eating better I weighed in at 260.
Today, I realised I lost 50 lbs since then. (Over 9 months)
I feel great, my skin even looks better, and I feel strong and power.
Can't wait to hit the gym again! :)
