Oh yes... And before I forget...

May 2nd, 1998 Hideto 'hide' Matsumoto passed away.

I hate to sound insensitive, but whatever news site recorded that info was a little dumb.

"It's still unclear if his suicide was intentional or accidental." I mean--either it was a homicide or it was an intentional suicide. You can't accidentally suicide that way.

Sorry one of your idols has passed over... I'd be upset if one of mine did so in such a horrible manner. :'-(

I say accidental for the sheer fact that Japanese vocalists tend to wrap warm towels around their necks, something about it helping your vocals from hurting, etc. Not quite sure on that.

Since he was drunk (and being a small Japanese, most likely a pretty heavy light weight) and had been drinking all night, it is said it may have been an "accident" or "unintentional" if you don't like that word.
