We ended up going to the ER yesterday with Chomp. He breathing was getting very rapid and he was much more lethargic than normal. Of course, by the time we saw the doctor he was much better. Spent all morning at the sick clinic with chomp. After seeing all 3 pediatricianswho were in the office, they decided he didn't need to go to the hospital for oxygen, he was just okay enough to go home. He has a double ear infection, bronchialitus, and croup. Basically, he is a miserable little boy. They gave us a nebulizor to use with saline BC ( Read more... )

My new favorite way to eat green beans:
Toss fresh or frozen green beans (1 large bag) with olive oil, 1 tbsp Italian seasoned bread crumbs, 1 tbsp parmesan cheese. Add Italian seasoning or salt if they need it. Roast at 375 until they start to brown.

Just left husband alone for two nights with the babies. I'm headed to a interesting work conference. I know they'll be fine - he is amazing with them and our nanny will make sure they get their veggies. I'm still a nervous wreck and will miss.them so much.

Ideas so far for our 1st birthday Swings! party

- Made bright blue and orange table tents with pictures of the babies throughout the year. I am taping them shut on the bottom and hanging them with brown yarn from the trees in the playground. They look like cute little swings!
