I did my first wedding cake. Ack! What a mess it was. I was having total panic attacks on Sat. night. I actually pulled an all-nighter on it Sat. I went to bed on Fri about 2 or 3 am. It was a lot more work than I had anticipated. THere was good and bad involved

wedding cakes ARE alot of work. thats why im surprised when a bride decides to 'save a few bucks' and make it herself. the smart ones pay ME the big bucks ;)

Congratulations! You did a great job. I love the blossoms. They look beautiful. I always add few hours onto the time I THINK it is going to take me and I usually end up going over even that. If you got any sleep at all you did well. There have been times when my head didn’t hit the pillow until after it was delivered.
