一半一半
今早在 SUBWAY 吃早餐的時候，想到J.T.喝汽水的時候都喜歡把各種口味混在一起，也就有樣學樣。不過，我只是把普通汽水和無糖的各添一半，效果還不錯喔！
其實我每次到 STARBUCKS 喝 AMERICANO, 都喜歡加半包粗糖和半包代糖。道理都一樣，就是既不想讓自己為了一杯飲料無端發胖，又不想當個歇斯底里的減肥狂，太依賴工業化學物來刺激味覺。唉，在難以取舍的情況下，就一半一半吧？
今天連續第二天到 Bedok Reservoir 跑了5公里。媽媽挺擔心地念我說“會不會太累了？”，又說太瘦的人運勢不好，不能聚財之類的。其實我對這些都不相信，但既然如此，在積極瘦身的同時，就上網買些Whey Protein吃吃看吧。
學會對生活妥協，真的會讓自己和周圍的人都好過一點。

Haa... my first nice dinner for my family finally materialised. The food is fine, the price is alright. Nothing much to say except I left for home feeling very happy and satisfied, and also very broke. The pictures...
