SUMMARY: Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki grew up knowing they would follow in their fathers' footsteps and one day take over the two families' partnership: A-P Advertisements. But when Jared graduates college and joins the family firm as Jensen's partner, Jensen quickly realizes that he and Jared just do not mesh. So Jensen takes the opportunity to follow a lifelong dream - he quits the family business and opens his own event planning firm. And now he's pretty happy with his life. He's on his own, business is good, and his family is supportive of his choice - everything is going great. But then his crusading mother decides to make Jensen's love life her latest cause and announces to a roomful of San Antonio's most influential citizens that she's decided to tackle the gay marriage debate by making a reality show-style documentary starring Jensen and his new fiancé. The problem is Jensen doesn't have a fiancé, but luckily Jared is there to step in and save the day. So now Jensen has to move in with Jared, pretend to be in love with him, fight off the advances of an overzealous cameraman and just hope that Jared doesn't find out the real reason Jensen quit working for his father - his complicated feelings for Jared. And of course, Jared's been keeping a secret of his own.
