i agree with everyone else, of course. :)
& i just saw 'v for vendetta' as well. i was so disappointed! i agree with you that the romance was problematic. also i found parts of it, particularly the dialogue, to be painfully cheesy.

Yes, portions of the dialog were quite bad. The romance was so contrived, like it was tacked on (for the ladies, I'm sure) in post-production.
