Well, the Nvidia 6600GT was for a PCI-Express slot...which apparently does differ from a normal PCI slot. So, I fedexed newegg the card back, and in return got an ATI Radeon 9800 All-In-Wonder. :-) That'll be here in a few days. Yay ( Read more... )

my life is cool, and I'm happy. I have WAY too much to say, so i'll keep this REAL short.

Ok, so i find it funny that al's new buddy icon is of a chick named "Subaru" from an anime called ".hack//sign". Al and subaru, the loves of my life, in that order. :-)

Al came this weekend (I picked her up from the Albany Airport Wednesday evening, actually.) I'm not going to get super-detailed here, I do have a life. Many thanks to Wingnutt for coming with me--we ate some real Itallian food--family style at Bucca di Beppo. An awesome Itallian place.
