I got 8 hours of sleep last night. It's hard to describe how good that felt. It has been months, literally, since I slept 8 hours straight in a single night. I've got this enormously stressful opening event tomorrow night, a million loose-ends to tie before then...and I feel fine. Great, even. I'm tying the ends, and it'll all be fine. Thanks to

You know, after I got the sleep apnea diagnosis last year and started sleeping with that stupid fucking mask, I was absolutely amazed by how much better a person can feel after 8 consecutive hours of sleep. Yes, indeed, sleep = good. Hope you get more in the very near future.
