The Semester That Killed Me

I'm taking two classes this semester. One is Wednesday from 7-10 pm, the other is Thursday from 7-10 pm. Both are taught by the same woman. In both classes, she just talks and talks and talks, sometimes to the topic, but usually not. My final week of college, I wrote four different final papers that collectively came in at over 60 pages. It was my first time using a Macintosh, and I was thrilled and amazed to learn you could slightly adjust something called a "font size" and "line spacing" to tweak the page length. Almost every other paper I'd ever turned in was hand written!

In any event, I had slept very, very little over that week, and on my final day of school had a bit of a nervous breakdown. It was actually quite nice. I was walking across campus and saw a flyer for a Johari Window show. But in my confused state I juxtaposed the words and decided that they should have been named "Atari Nintendo." I was so charmed by this that I chuckled, out loud. And then chuckled some more, until I was uncontrollably guffawing my way across Landis Green. It dawned on me that this is what crazy people do. And then I laughed some more.
