Commentary on Customer service

I was really amazed recently by the utter well lack of attention or lack of smarts shown to me by the people that manufactured my monitor. Normally I wouldn't take the time to go off about this cause I have been a Customer care rep and I know how crap can happen but then I am not going to bitch I am going to point and laugh so its a tad different ( Read more... )

you're lucky actually. i mean, besides causing the frustration you had in dealing with them, apparently their incompetence was enough that they didn't realize that warranties don't cover physical damage.

Yes I do consider myself lucky to that aspect I didn't really think they would fix it under warranty. I guess I should thank them for their incompetent handling of the whole thing.
