The worst thing to have ever happened to me just did (I'm not missing any family members). When stepping outside to enjoy the delicious weather just now, I stepped on a slug. It was not a love tap. Apparently, their innards are just as slimy as their exteriors. Blech. -

I love a good band name. A solo project going by the name Slutmachine has constructed a spacey, droning ambient one-tracker called Inching Glaciers using only samples of string instruments.

Apparently, somewhere along the line (when, exactly, I am not sure), Deerhoof covered Throbbing Gristle. This monument of human expression thrust itself into my brain by seemingly random chance (or Providence!) recently. Actually, I stumbled upon it just minutes ago. My terrible and terribly long day has been made right. I can now go to bed. -
