Weight has stabilized at 64.9 😔 Been eating roughly 1000 cals a day up from 400 or less.. Soooo one would assume when I go back to my old ways next week I should be okay.. 7 kg down, and I desperately want to be in the 50s again... Hello Ed.. It's safe to say I hate you and love you all at the same time....
