hey caitlin, well first off, congrats at the possibility of a relationship with Luigi, thats awesome...secondly, i don't know what you're going through so im not gonna say the old cliche phrase of iknow what you're goin through, but at the same time, i can offer only one piece of advice which can be used by anyone, anxiety disorder or not. Try or not, i understand, but ive seen by watching many people that they tend to think too much and overanalyze too much. So a slight suggestion might be try to force yourself into a day of spontaneity. Do the most random things that scare you. You can't overcome them unless you want to so bad that you make it happen sweety. Its a hard process but its well worth it. Goodluck to you, and I hope things work out for yoU! aaw thanks brit. we are hanging out tomorrow, without the assistance of my crazy friends, so i think it will be better. thanks for the advice tho. i think it would be well worth it.
