What are the insecurities he could pick up on, the desires he could exploit? Bits about family, and his self-esteem. As for desires? The whole bit about wanting to be an assassin, making his ancestors proud, and saving the world.
HELEN MAGNUS; What would Belial be able to pick up from your character when they meet? That she is old. 273 years old, actually. He's more than welcome to pick up on the traces of vampire blood within her own blood that changed her. As well as the fact that she's from the Victorian days.

Will Zimmerman What would Belial be able to pick up from your character when they meet? He's a normal, human guy; a bit guarded, and has a relatively short fuse if the cards are played right. He's a former forensic psychiatrist, working for the FBI.
What are the insecurities he could pick up on, the desires he could exploit? Insecurities? He's definitely big on trust - or the lack of thereof. Because he lost his mother at young age, and his father never wanted him, buried deep down he's also got a few self-worth issues. Desires? Make sure he lives up to whatever reasons Magnus chose him for protege. It's not an overly obvious desire at all, but I think a lot of his actions can be explained by this.
alex forbes What would Belial be able to pick up from your character when they meet? - alex has loads of trust issues, and that'll be apparent right from the start. he tries to be guarded but that's behind a short fuse if the wrong buttons are. he's got a smart mouth when it gets down to it and he can probably pick up that alex is hiding something on his shoulders, but he's trying to keep it to himself, and will avoid any attempts to pry.
What are the insecurities he could pick up on, the desires he could exploit? - power. that's a seed that was planted in the back of alex's head, and while he views himself above others sometimes, he tries to mask it, tries to pretend it isn't there, the influence left behind haunts him, and that's a weakness, a desire that he might give into again if pushed enough. feed his ego enough, and belial might find some potential, someone who would be willing to kill or go to extremes, depending on circumstance.

Tyki: What would Belial be able to pick up from your character when they meet?: Probably that he's not 'mortal' or traditionally 'human'. Also, that he's pretty much batshit crazy. What are the insecurities he could pick up on, the desires he could exploit?: Tyki's a bit of a traitor to his family and cause, after being in a game that helped shape his CR. His clinginess to his human side might be something worth exploiting! But he's still one to do his own thing, and kind of... shrug it off. I am so doing this wrong
Liz: What would Belial be able to pick up from your character when they meet?: She's weary, drained. There's a long history of depression, and it's probably very easy to pick up on. What are the insecurities he could pick up on, the desires he could exploit?: She's one big insecurity, even if she's gained some strength. Her main issues are her worries concerning her children, her separation from Hellboy, and her concerns about her abilities. I don't know how those could be worked in, though.
Dean Winchester What would Belial be able to pick up from your character when they meet? Dean's generally full of determination, fake arrogance/confidence, and a crap ton of guilt. I think right off the bat, his determination is what would be picked up on, and the fact that he's pretty damn sure of himself as a hunter, but not in much else beyond that. Due to his canon point, Belial would definitely notice his lack of trust for anyone beyond two people, Sam and Bobby. He'd definitely be able to see that Dean has seen and done some horrific things, maybe he could even tell he's been in Hell? And more than anything, the fact that Dean is utterly reckless when it comes to Sam, because of how much he loves him.

How much he needs Sam when he's pretty damn sure Sam doesn't need him, and how much he loves his brother, because it's his biggest weakness. As well as that, the fact he's made a mess of most things in his life and the only thing he's sure he's good for
