So I had this idea... I've been trying to come up with a name for our quilting group. In the shower this morning, the name Quilt Squad came to me. I'm not sure where that came from, but I kinda liked it. And it got me thinking about mini-squads of applique, piecing, quilting, general... Like Squad A01 for Applique or General Squad Meeting. Heehee - the Quilt Squad. I'll work on a logo. :)
Saturday morning my class ends at noon but I can be there after class. I'm going to cut everything for the quilt I'm making tomorrow night so I shouldn't have to do any (or very little) cutting while there.

It is, but I now have a French Lit exam on Tuesday as well as an Ancient Philosophy exam on Thurs and a Physics midterm on Thurs... So I'll come, but I'll be a bit. Cool?

Log cabin strips are cut for the whole quilt, sans borders. I have one fabric left to cut for the coffee quilt, but I have begun the piecing process. I'll also be bringing the BOM stuff so maybe I can get started on those with my new fabrics! :D

Should we do a potluck lunch?

Not enough of the last coffee fabric - it's on order though. Maybe I'll get all of the LC blocks pieced!
