No, the clothes are provided by stylists. On the page where the two of them are standing under the umbrella together, it lists all the brands and stuff. I think the magazine just meant that's what they arrived "on set" wearing - like they'd just come from the dressing room :) Nino even mentions that he never knew about all of this rain fashion, implying that when they handed him the clothes he was surprised. The outfits are really cute though xD

Aww, is it weird that I'm kinda disappointed to hear that, haha. :P I guess I liked the thought of them dressing like that in real life. Ok, that does sound weird, so scratch that. I doubt many adult men would choose to dress that way (ie, in a way that makes them look like a ten-year old - not that they actually do). You're right, I overlooked the bit where Nino says that. Shouldn't have been surprised, really - I'm sure so much of any of their public appearances are verrry meticulously planned out. That they're able to seem so genuine throughout all of it is the best thing about them, isn't it? Anyway, thx again for the translation. ^.^
