Um, no.

To sum up: his last name isn't changing in terms of what people know him as. It's just *officially* being changed so he can acquire a passport in the same last name as every other form of ID he possesses.

I apologize for the obfuscation, I am just not comfortable using full names on Livejournal. Not sure why, but I'm not.
