See, I think I /would/ tell them, except the fact that it's pretty much guaranteed that they won't like me in return. I'm not being modest; it's a matter of... god, sounding like my english teacher... proclivities? As in, it's not just me, they wouldn't fall for /any/ girl?

hmm...i think you should wait a bit before telling them anything. if it's a matter of proclivities, as you (or your english teacher) say, maybe they'll need some time to fall for anyone. :)
