The last time I remember seeing a rainbow in Connecticut was at least 5 years ago. It was absolutely huge and it was over I-95 between Stratford and Milford. It was awesome - it was even on the front page of the paper the next day. I feel like I've only seen a dozen of them in Connecticut ever.
