Even though clamouring for a Gmail account is so May, I've have several invites, so if anyone who hasn't been hooked up already genuinely needs one (1GB of storage, no popups, a chance for a catchier email address than thisnamesbeentaken198378@hotmail.com, etc.) ask away ( Read more... )

Sorry to be so April &retarted or something but what is all the hoo-ha with this gmail? Seems everyone on my friends list either has one or would mug their granny for one!

Gmail is an invitation-only email account created by Google. Currently invitation-only to limit the number of users as it's being beta-tested and still in development.

Among other things, you get no pop-ups (but Google's content-relevant advertising) and 1GB of storage, and email conversations are organised in a very unique way, kind of like threads on a message board. Many people use their accounts to store large files, or as a second back-up account. Learn more at Google's site here. I personally like the features it offers, but some people are against Gmail.

I was browsing people who listed 'hating Keane', and stumbled across your journal. 'Apathy towards The Libertines' is such a great LiveJournal interest it deserves more praise than a Gmail account could offer.

The only consistantly good part of my summer was June 21 - July 21. Well, and even that wasn't spectacular, as my mom had surgery and all. But still, I was happiest then. :)

Summer needs to end! Die, summer!
