Alright, it's unhealthy to lose that much weight in a short amount of time. I've decided to finely tweak it. 50 pounds lost in 9 months. That sounds fairly reasonable and it's long enough where I'm not losing 2 pounds a week. It's roughly about 1.3 pounds a week. Not terrible and low enough where it's totally extreme. You like dancing, yes? If it's strenuous enough, dancing can be great for the abs (so is yoga and running- 2 things you're already doing! Yay!).
