Finally going to see a therapist/psychologist/councilor/whatever. I think the amount of grief, stress, and trauma have merited such a justification. My mind is a clutter of FUCK, and I just want it to return to it's original, more simplistic mode: Nothing

I was able to see a therapist and the session went over well. The thing with counciling/therapy/psychology-- it really takes trying out a few different specialists before you can find one to feel comfortable talking with. It's great to work out weird unresolved issues, as I am having to do right now. It's worth the effort. I guess, what really it really comes down to, is as well this: you get what you put into it. It can be oddly comforting telling someone everything without any preconcieve notions about you. It's focused and, well, therapeutic, no matter what this issue(s) may be.
