first call for volunteers!

Tomorrow at 11:45 a.m., I need to head to my primary care physician's office for a pre-op physical.  I live right around the corner from the doc's, but am slow as molasses when it comes to getting down those three tiny stairs in front (I'm terrified of falling again right now).  Need to leave my house by 11:30, should take less than an hour but

if i was around i'd totally help you out, but unfortunately i have to be at work at those times. I'm pretty close, though, so i'm happy to help out, bring you stuff, poke you in the eye, whatever, during non-working hours :)

laundry is something I can definitely help out with - i have to do my own in the next couple days, so i can swing by and grab yours too if you want.
