My upstairs neighbor, bless his sweet little head, installed software on his computer which activates the camera when motion's detected.  He caught the landlord's entire conversation with the Realtors on camera!  The part where he lies to them about the bedroom additions on the place being legal construction is hilarious

If I had a dollar for everytime you posted your place was getting sold...I'd have at least 2-3 dollars.

I have no idea. I think my landlord figured he'd park his money in a rental unit for a while, get the tax break, and then sell the place at a profit. Now that it's obvious things aren't going according to plan, I think he's trying to figure out how to get out of this whole Being a Landlord thing.

I'm sort of hoping it's real. I'd love to get paid to move.
