The first issue to be debated is the case of Terri Shiavo. The conflict had started when her husband, Michael Schiavo, wanted to get Terri's feeding tube removed because he believed that Terri would not want to live in a vegetated state for the remainder of her life. Her family lost many battles with the court to reinsert Terri’s feeding tube and

The proceedings of the various court cases and appeals all constitute, individually and collectively, a massive amount of legal documentation supporting his claim that she would have preferred not to have lived in an incapacitated state.
"Michael Schiavo can be seen as a loving husband who wants the best for his wife, or a cruel and unkind monster for letting her suffer such a death."I was about to snark that the exact same statement could be made about the Schindlers. Then I remembered that the Schindlers stated that they would do things that they knew were against Mrs. Schiavo's wishes just to keep her body alive ( ... )

It's mostly word usage and sentence structure, though. I can't really blame you, since a lot of it is just a representation of how you originally heard it.
The Schindler's are frequently referred to as "Terri's Family". "Family video tapes..." etc. Thus, Michael Schivo is symbolically excluded as part of Mrs. Schiavo's family.
Second. You say the family videos show Mrs. Schiavo was responsive, but that Michael Schiavo was reported to be with Mrs. Schiavo during the duration of her body's death. This is odd. The videos are far ( ... )

I agree with you on this statement. However, Mrs. Schiavo was “planned” to die any day since she was carrying out her last few days and it would be medically impossible for her to live for another week at that point. In actuality, it was planned that her death would be done in a timely fashion, but it definitely was not a “sinister plot” on Mr. Schiavo’s part (or any family member at that).

1. The unlawful killing of one human by another, especially with premeditated maliceAs biased as my opinion may be, I cannot fathom letting a woman die when she is guilty of nothing. This is one topic I can’t bear to hear about because a woman who appeared to be happy with the new life given to her had it taken away. No one can know for sure if Michael had any cruel intentions, but my opinion is that he wanted ( ... )

There are simply no other legal options in certain states. The way in which her body was allowed to die is an interesting topic for debate about Death With Dignity and/or Right To Die type initiatives, but it is a non-issue in the Schiavo case... there was no other alternative.
Since it's not the illegal killing of a human, it can't be murder. The Schindlers could bring a wrongful death suit in civil court, though.

“Michael Schiavo was reported to be with Mrs. Schiavo”
I used the term “reported” loosely since that WAS what the reports were saying, the ones I provided below included. If she really did successfully communicate that she didn’t want to be kept alive, she would be just because she was able to express emotion. Then, if she wasn’t able to while in this vegetated state and it was in her wishes to not be kept alive in case any ( ... )

Also, "lethal injection" typically consists of three seperate chemicals injected seperately by a timed mechanism. The first is a muscle relaxant. The second is a paralytic. The third is the lethal injection. Persons executed by lethal injection fail to thrash about in agony and howl in pain because the first two injections make it impossible to do so. Timers break and mechanisms jam, though, so sometimes they don't get all the injections or get them in the right order.

And the Schindlers claim the videos show Terri Schiavo to be aware of her surroundings. But you didn't say that some people claim they show this... you didn't say they allegedly show that... you said the videos do show this and that. No acknowledgement of ( ... )
