I met my first unpleasant somewhat misogynistic numpty of 2016 today but then I also met an extremely nice person who was very practically helpful. I suspect that you are right. Or sympathised with him about getting blocked in by an idiot parker.. and I'll bet that would have been assumed to be a woman :)

Ah ... Men. I bet the boy would have been treated very differently had he been driving.

Well done on the weights. I must get mine out as last year I was going to get my arms back into shape and I failed through not actually doing anything about it ;)

I more than suspect that you are right.

I do tend to find that fitness routines work best if you actually do them :)
