For the first time in a long time, I am utterly ashamed of this country and outraged.

One woman I know (who immigrated from Bangladesh a few years ago) said to me: "these kind of things happen in my country, which people deem as 'developing' and 'poor.' But in Canada?!"

I am super stressed and have messed up my sleeping schedule once again thanks to the weekend activities that included sleepover and staying up until 5, but this is making me feel angry and amused in all kinds of ways.

my parents have been spoiling me rotten by taking me out shopping way too often.

the results:

a Calvin Klein patent tote bag, found at Winners (a US-equivalent of TJ Maxx I think? Discount designer store) in navy.

Chuck Taylor's All Star Light shoes in black. I don't know whether it's the old rebel in me that loves Cons, but these are slicker- ( Read more... )
