Ryan abandoned me and Poppet to go on holiday in North Carolina, he phoned me a week ago to let me know he was still alive and that he misses me etc. which was nice. I knew he was going for a bit before he went so I invited Mummy and Callum-bum to come and keep me company. They came up for the weekend and on Friday we went to the Zoo. When I went for my cycle today I stopped at a park and went on the swings for a bit. At first I just swang gently back and forth. Then I went faster and higher, So that when I went back I could see over the bar. When I went forward I swung my head back so that I could look at the trees behind me from upside down. + Get fit (lose weight and keep it off this time)

+ grow hair loooong again (get regular trims etc)

2.) Make flat nice
+ keep flat clean and tidy
+ buy washing machine
+ tidy up spare bedroom
