So its my one glorious day off and my mom presents me a decision around 11AM. She's in the middle of her clinic, but felt like she needed me to think this one over before she made a decision.

Today at clinical wasn't a particularly rough day, but I'm starting to realize how hungry the rest of my class is for my instructor's attention..and how upset some might be at how much I've been receiving. Overwhelming Pride
This last week has been sensational!
Last Wednesday, Oct. 29th, was my late father's 49th birthday and to celebrate it my mother and I decided to donate blood (giving life on the day he was given life). However, donation didn't raise the bar enough, so I decided to make personal history on his special day and vote in my first presidential election. ( Read more... ) -

I feel so at peace with the things that have been driving me nuts. Today is a day where the "problems" can't affect me and I feel as poised as Michelle Obama ( Read more... ) -
Today
is the day I wish I had some sort of rondevous with friends or a boy to go do something spontaneous! I dislike stagnant days like these when time stands so still and I wake up so early to do nothing at all.
I would have liked to have known that I had this weekend off until it happened. -
As the thoughts run through my head
The stock market crashed again today..or something along the lines of bad. This is how informed I care to be about the current economic crisis and fiscal policy in general. Finally, after nearly a month-long dry spell with stupid needle sticks, I successfully inserted an arterial catheter into the right radial artery!!!!!! Landing this is so much better than doing 50 ABG's.
Best of all- wasn't scared or nervous. Happy days!
