Today I got a cat. zotz found it crying for a few days outside his house. I went over today and saw it. Myself and fizzyboot gave it some food, which it wolfed down. It obviously hadn't eaten in a few days. I borrowed his cat carrier and brought it home. It's now curled up on my bed, asleep, wrapped in a towel ( Read more... )

Sorry to be a killjoy but you might want to check to see if it has got a chip in its neck. Its owner may have put one in.

Already done. It doesn't seem to have one though I will be taking it to the vet next week I think.

Tabby with white tummy, paws and nose. Can't tell if it's a boy or a girl.

It did seem a very friendly cat when I met it outside the house. I'm glad it seems to have settled down nicely.

Does it have long or short hair? There were posters up in our close about a missing cat a wee while ago.

It's a short haired tabby. Got white paws and stomach and nose. I think it'd been outside for a while. It'll eat practically anything, which is unusual for a cat...
