Edinburgh Censorship and Surveillance Campaign Training
Many of you know that the government has recently launched its Communications Data Bill aka the internet snooping law. Also, there are proposals to censor porn sites using an "opt-in" system.

Unlike other parties who only care what corporations and big donors think, Pirate Party UK cares about what you think. So in our policy consultation, everyone can propose a policy and debate the policies that’ve been proposed. -

I won't vote for any MP who supports Mandelson's Digital Economy Bill
Lord Mandelson's Digital Economy Bill allows the government to disconnect people from the internet if they’ve merely been accused of filesharing, or if anyone sharing their connection has been so accused. This is a breach of our human rights, and must be opposed ( Read more... )
