Well, it looks like I was wrong about my roommates medical stuff. She did have a blood clot in her lung after all, which was big enough to cause fluid buildup in her lung, which led to the pheumonia. She's still in the hospital; they thought she might me able to come home this past Sunday, but she had a fever, and the clot still isn't

Oh your roommate, damn.

And I heard The Orphanage is fantastic, butif you are tired you might want to wait, it is subtitled, and that would be a bummer tired. I also heard it is friggin terrifying, so if that shit bothers you, maybe wait until you have a roommate at home ;)

Oh wow...so yay on Piedmont again I suppose. =) They did get it right ...I'm just sorry she's having to suffer so much. I wish her a speedy recovery.

Thanks. As bad as this has been for her, it has inspired me to start taking better care of myself - i've got an appointment with a gynocologist next month for a full exam, and have started researching other forms of birth control to find one with a lower risk of blood clots.

At least she's somewhere where they can keep an eye on her in case there are any complications. Wow. Hope she feels better soon.
