Yeah, my niece can be the typical spoiled only child sometimes, but at others she's a marvel. I love watching her grow up-she's such an interesting kid!
i knew about gary's leaving. i think it h ad a lot to do with his personal issues and the show not wanting to deal with it. it was still a kick though to see him dead however. i expected written out, not killed off.
but i do think the 'catching the mole' plot could be interesting next year. kind following csi:ny's running plot of the cabbie killer, and the miniature killer from csi last season
i gotta admit, warrick hasnt been in the show much lately, at least not that i remember, so i can't really say i'm gonna miss him.
I don't blame CSI for not wanting to deal with his personal stuff. If I had been thinking about it, I might have suspected it. It was time that a CSI didn't make it. With Sara, Brass, and Nick all barely escaping death in the last three season finales.
And Warrick HAS been locked in the sub-plot sub basement for seasons now. I think I'll miss the idea of what Warrick used to be, more than what he was now.
I am more interested in next season than I would have been otherwise.
I'll try not to go so long between updates from now on. I have my fingers crossed for this new trial. It's had some good results already, so yeah. Could be the one.
My niece is a fascinating study in contrasts. She can be sort of self-centered, being she's been a bit spoiled. And is an only child, and only grandchild on her mom's side. But then she can turn around and be this wonderfully giving kid. I love watching her grow up, she's never predictable, that's for sure!

Your niece is amazing, I can't think of any 5 year olds to be that altruistic.
