I have written conversations and a written agreement. Guaranteed to be Narvin and none other.

The Cube has no evidence to back it up bar itself.

Even if you were aware he's not a 'good' guy, which I certainly was, but didn't care much about, knowing to the extent might make you think twice.

Because if he wants to hold the words of the Cube over my head, he has to know I can do exactly the same to him.
