Okay. So I've been revising since January 1st and it totally sucks. I keep re-reading and re-working, only to create more work for myself. Why is it that my novel seems so great and poignant and exciting in my personal notebook, but when I type it into the computer it looks dull and extremely mediocre? I can't even read it it's so bad. So the end of NaNoWriMo is here, and I got almost 30,000 words. It's no 50,000 but I'm still happy with it, especially since I'm nearing the end of the rough draft and wondering where to go from here. Right now I'm listening to Bebo's All That I Have Sown, and it's making me sad. It's a sad song. I feel like I have a lot of emotions going through me today...happy and sad and scared and reflective.
