had pizza last night. might have chinese food today. started very mildly with a new kettlebell. also did some yardwork. don't know why that isn't a workout on apple watch.

dream last night: working for aol again doing tech support. we were on floating inflatable chairs in the ocean, like the kind you recline in with your legs out in front of you in the pool.
