Good Lord, I am overwhelmed!! We had our placement exams and orientation today, and my brain is about to explode with information. The placement exam was (as Paul predicted!) kind of a joke. Well, tomorrow is the big day.. placement exams and orientation! I'm excited and kind of nervous. Apparently the placement exams here are a total joke, at least for my program, and my roommates and I haven't studied at all. I'm getting really frustrated by the student loan process. Granted, most people go through this during undergrad when they still have their parents to help them figure it out, but I still feel like no one has told me ANYTHING here! I can't believe I've been back in Ann Arbor for a week and a half already. It was SO nice to be home with my boyfriend and my cat, and now my heart is breaking at the idea of leaving them again in a few days. I HATE COMCAST. I thought that moving to a new place meant a way to get away from those bastards, and yet I'm stuck with them again!! Evidently, our apartment is in a black hole and NO other high speed internet providers can service our apartment complex. I'm in a strange mood. One of my good friends just got engaged today, and I'm absolutely THRILLED for her. They've been together for a little over 3 years, and she's wanted this for awhile. It looks like I can use a debit card to get a money order from the USPS. There's a branch on campus here (in the student center), but I'm not sure if they will be able to do it.
