Spent $40 betting on horses yesterday. Came home with $90. Not bad considering I don't know anything about horse racing...

The other day, someone sent my band's myspace page an e-mail asking where they could purchase a copy of my band's CD. This strokes my ego to no end considering the songs are just a silly little hobby for a friend and me. Too bad we don't have a CD to sell. Why is it that in sci-fi shows/movies, our viruses fuck the aliens up? I mean, shouldn't their alien bacteria affect us just as much? Think back to Columbus coming to America -- the Europeans weren't the ones dying off due to disease even though they they were outnumbered by far. While I appreciate UPN's ongoing efforts in trying to entertain me, I question the need for yet another Top Model... I mean, I was just getting acclimated to the previous Top Model!

I forgot to bring lunch to work the other day, so I went to KFC. One of the items I ordered was the buffalo snacker, plain. However, when I got my sandwich, there was lettuce on it.
