To all of you Google Earth fans, I highly recommend a program called Celestia. It's a free, OpenGL sim of outer space that lets you view just about anything in our galaxy and is also painstakingly verbose. I don't think I need to recommend an activity while using Celestia - I'll leave that to you free thinkers.
