You've all heard me rave about how great it is to download something, drop it to disc and watch on my tv instead of a computer. Here's a DivX compatible dvd player on sale. Sorry for the short notice, I didn't see it until today.

Disclaimer, this is not the one I have. Mine's a Toshiba.

Done. Thanks again!

It actually cost $39.99 and shipping was only free if I pick it up in-store, which I can do and they had plenty in stock. Otherwise shipping was $3.99.

Now Mom will watch your DVDs with me! For some weird reason, she refuses to watch TV shows on the computer. ::sigh::

Yeah, that's what it looked like when I actually looked at the link. But that's still not bad.

I fully understand her point. It's really kind of annoying for a couple of people. One is ok, more than that, it's annoying.

But you can watch your Blood Ties eps on the tv now.

Best Buy has the exact same model for $33.99. Available in-store. Shipping is $6.99.

:)

I shouldn't... but oh, how I'm contemplating.

yeah, I know. But it is really kind of nice to just drop discs in and watch on the tv. I'd not be nearly as thrilled about the whole bt thing if I couldn't.

I've got one very much like that, and it's just awesome. Honestly, I think this is why I watched so many TV shows this year; BSG and Prison Break and Smallville and SGA... I'm sure I wouldn't have bothered to watch 100 hours of television had it not been for the fact that I could do it comfortably in bed!
