A few ideas...
Okay before I begin, I wanted to say I've been view the pages of portalkink for the pass few days now and well wanted to give it a shot. Anyway on with the ideals.. Hopefully they are good if not feel free to say so.
Ideal 1: Before I go on, I blame tentacle hentai for this one as well as a little hentai manga I saw called Ninja Dependence... Yes it's Naruto... Anyway in this one, Instead of letting Chell go at the end Glados actually puts her into a deep sleep until Glados sees fit what to do with her. As Chell is dealt with, Glados begins to make a few new plans. One of those plans is involving getting Wheatley from Space. The other part well the usual Wheatley getting switched to human body. Now after this Glados would actually wake up Chell for another "test" Only this time this test is different and it involves tentacles, Wheatley, and Glados "Observing". Anyway >.> Hopefully I explained this one clearly.
Ideal 2: Evil Wheatley! Now I know there are quite a few going around, well I actually did want to see a fic where Evil Wheatley completely dominated over Chell and makes her well.. "His Test Subject Completely... And maybe smashes Glados with the Spikey Smash plates =D. Just joking on the Smashing Glados Part unless you don't like her. Up to you... Anyway I'm completely for anything on this one whether it be Evil Human Wheatley, Core Wheatley, Or something you come up with.
Anyway that's about All I have for ideals, I'll probably post some more if these are good ones =S
Psychic Abilities
When GLaDOS was activated, Aperture was working on another project simultaneously, one they didn't tell anybody about: studying psychic abilities. Sure, most science says they don't exist, but Aperture isn't most science!
Some more specific thoughts I had while bored at work:
- They built the Companion Cube as a test. Sentient, but unable to talk. Only someone with telepathic or empathic abilities would be aware that it was anything close to alive. So Rattman actually does hear it talking, and Chell's attachment to it is a result of weak or latent talents.
-The Different Turret is a precog uploaded into a turret body.
- It's pretty convenient how Fact mentions space and the moon and such. Fact Core could also be a precog, but is very much in denial, which is why he says space doesn't exist, etc.
- Caroline was a telepath, hence why she was Cave's choice to run the facility; her abilities would translate better into the connections and awareness needed as GLaDOS. This is also one of the control measures they attempted to use on GLaDOS. The Morality Core doesn't speak, but instead sends out very strong telepathic imperatives.
Clones have no souls. Like twins.
So, one, I think the Rattmann needs more love.
Two. In the comic GLaDOS, taunting Doug, threatens to clone him and tells him that clones have no souls. Like twins.
My headcanon: Doug Rattmann had a twin brother who died at an earlier date, possibly during a test.
Do whatever you like with that.

Im not sure what the courtesy is on reposting prompts, but it looks like others are doing it so here goes. 8)
Idea 1 - Before Chell became involved with aperture, she was a performer, her passion was dancing and singing and she was talented. (could explain why she is so athletic). But times became tough and she needed money, and if she just did a few tests for aperture then she could pay the bills and get that dream job of performing.
Somehow wheatley gets a human body and finds chell, who takes him in (this has been done a number of times already so this dosent need much explaning, just a short backstory would be fine to set up the rest of the plot). They could be watching an old musical movie, and he dosent understand why humans feel the need to jiggle around and sing. Chell decides to show him, and he gains an appreciation for humans, as well as chell. She can dance for him, but she cant sing, which makes the whole thing a bit more tragic.
idea 2 - Another idea could be that wheatley catches chell dancing and watches her without her knowing, till he's busted. He asks chell to teach him to dance, adorable/sexy times ensue.
If this gets filled i can do an art fill as thanks. 8)
Preferably Human!wheatley but if you want to write core wheatley thats fine too. 8) Can be smutty or just fluffy, i dont mind either way

Inspired by an above prompt, GLaDOS and evil!Wheatley fight jealously over a certain test subject.

Post-game, Chell and Wheatley are together. He's all about the tender romantic fluff, making up for his previous behaviour and basically worshipping the ground she walks on. Chell gets off on it at first, but then she finds herself missing him being nasty and powerful and dominant, and tries various means of bringing bad!Wheatley out to play..
Domination Chell/Wheatley
Anon would like some AU post!game with Chell having taken Wheatley with her into the wide world. However, she keeps her errant friend on an extremely tight leash, and now has the means to instantly reward him for being a good little buddy or punish him when he gets out of line (up to the writer how, but I would prefer it if actually touching Wheatley was not required; holding him while she does it is okay though). Cue Wheatley going out of his way to please her so that she'll give him some of that euphoria he is so addicted to. Total bonus if he is comparable to being a combination housewife and pet.
Given the idea, I'd prefer Sphere!Wheatley, but I can totally go for Andriod or Cyborg.

Inspired by a Prompt in Part 1 where Wheatley is a failed version of a Cave Johnson Core.
Idea is this:
ALL the cores are Cave Johnson! (not GLaDOS of course as she's not a core)
Each core was made in an attempt to emulate Cave and therefore appeal to the Caroline part of GLaDOS, but the scientists kept getting the programming wrong and only managed to grab one or two aspects of his personality at a time

Eventually Chell cracks beneath his awkward adorableness and they make up or he risks himself to save her from mortal peril!!!11 and she sees he's being sincere, or something like that.

I always wondered what would turn Caroline from a (seemingly) semi-normal person (I say semi because she DOES work for Cave Johnson) into an amnesiac psychopath capable of flooding the entire complex with Neurotoxin with no qualms.

I really want to see something that delves into Wheatley's evil tendencies. I need you, anon, to please explore the oppression Wheatley felt due to his fear of GLaDOS and his denial of being designed a moron. Then transition into the power shift between him and GLaDOS and his thrill at suddenly being in charge, with the ability to harm anyone he pleases. And oh, how satisfying hurting GLaDOS would be...!
You don't have to go as far as this, but I'd also love to see his downfall: how he has to deal with losing his power at his defeat by Chell, and the sudden shame of realizing he became that which had always hurt him. You can even change the canon enough to allow him to apologize for it if you want.
