Came across this ABC News video about the dangers of old tires and how to determine your car tires' age, which is different from their installation date and can be the cause of a fatal accident. Apparently lots of tread and proper inflation aren't enough to insure safety.

About every other year for the past five or six, my corn plant has gone into flower producing a long main stalk from each cane with several smaller stalks branching off, each containing a ball of white star-like flowers.
