OK, now that is surreal. I, too, might have had to say "Shut up" in response to that.

I ate a ton of food for Christmas, per usual, first at the home of our lead singer and piano player, with her sons and their wives and kids, and later at Audra's parents' house. I rolled myself home around 10:00 last night. A lighter diet and longer walks are on the schedule for the new year.

LOL, I´m glad you had a lovely Christmas. I read your entry on the Santa in a convertible. It reminded me a lot about SoCal and made me happy.

Now I´m going to "Responder a esto" to a few more messages, the settings here are set for Spanish and the live journal commands are all in Spanish as well, I have to look twice to make sure I´ve selected the right option.

And I notice that punctuating strong points with "shut up" is kind of a trend among young teens in this area, leading to conversations like the following:

Coach Grim: You had the high-over-average score this week.
Junior Bowler: Shut UP!
CG: Did you just tell me to shut up?
JB: I didn't mean it THAT way.
