Typically (for me), I got sick right after exams, not too bad a cough with occasional nasty green stuff coming out. This lasted for over a week. Then I thought I was clearing *it* (wasn't sure if it was an upper respiratory thing or a nasal thing), when my nose started leaking like a sieve in the middle of last week ( Read more... )

I've wondered what a medical student does when she gets really sick, since missing class isn't an option.

The answer was so obvious! Meditate on raisins.

Although I may never again be able to eat a raisin without wondering which field it grew in.

glad I could amuse someone. This weeks class was on Chiropractic and a few other forms of alternative therapies. The speaker was very engaging and informed both on her type of treatment and has made an effort to check out other forms of treatment people use, among them: rolfing, several kinds of massage.

I misplaced the form with the names which is unfortunately because I really wanted to post some of the names and brief descriptions of stuff...

re: Icon. I think you guys took the same picture of the sign when you were in Venice as well.
